A stunning series 2 Jaguar XKE, this car just needed a little TLC. The floor pans had rust so we are replacing those, the dash was a little worn so that is getting recovered, and we are outfitting the car with a new “retro” stereo so music can be played, but the car will still look original. We will also be installing new black carpet to finish the great interior, and a few other small things.
November 26, 2014:
The floor pans have been painted to match the car, the underside has been undercoated, and the recovered dash has been re-installed in the car.
November 20, 2014:
The interior was removed so that the old floor pans could be removed, and new ones welded in. The dash has been removed and is being recovered today. The stereo and speakers should be installed today as well.
