Gooding & Company: Scottsdale Auction

The owner of the 1952 Ferrari 212 Inter Geneva Coupe Vignale decided to sell the Ferrari after showing it at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and with much success. The car sold for $1,787,500 – which is incredible! The car now resides in London and was recently shown at Salon Prive where it won a few awards.

Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance

What an honor it was to have a second car on the field of Pebble Beach in August of 2013, the first being the 1952 Allard K2. The 1952 Ferrari 212 Inter Geneva Coupe Vignale was invited to grace the field with its presence this year, which was both exciting and such an honor. Being among 200 of the nicest cars in the world is an experience all its own. While no awards were received this year, just having the car on the field was so fantastic. We could not be more pleased.

Cavallino Classic XXII

Platinum Level Award

Gassman Automotive represented the 1952 Ferrari 212 Inter Geneva Coupe Vignale, which was restored in January of 2013, at the Concorso d’Eleganza at The Breakers on January 26, 2013. The car received a Platinum Level Award, and will continue on to other car shows this year. Most of the staff at Gassman Automotive had the pleasure of joining the shop owners, Glinda and Mike Gassman, as well as car owners, Jane and Mike Green, and had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the Track Day at Palm Beach International Raceway, as well as the Concorso d’Eleganza at The Breakers. Many beautiful Ferraris were shown and raced this weekend, and it was quite spectacular.
