Triumph TR6

This project came to us as a bare chassis in need of repair. We were commissioned to repair the A-arm mounts in the rear of the frame and powder coat and build a rolling chassis for ultra-reliability and performance. The motor was built by us and some of the features were, A GP-3 cam, shortened tubular push rods, 1.65:2 roller rockers, oversized valves, 9.98:1 compression, .030 over pistons, lightened flywheel, tri-metal bearings, a line-honed lock with a fully balanced rotating mass, ported and polished head, Richard Good triple carb conversion with SU's, and his header, a stainless-steel dual exhaust system, front and rear Richard Good swaybars, four-wheel disc-brake conversion, Richard's manual bias-adjustable brake master, a 4.08:1 Nissan limited slip differential with Richard's CV joint axles, and all-poly bushings and Heim joint links for rear shocks.

Upon completion of this, the chassis was picked up and was supposed to be finished in North Carolina, however the body came back to us and we stripped to bare metal, resprayed and completely finished the car. An extremely impressive driving car in its smoothness and handling, but very quick as well. Our first time using the Miata 5-speed conversion, which was a pain in the ass to install, but proved to be very sweet once in the car. Hopefully another very satisfied customer.
